CoLab Lab

Brand & Stakeholder Engagement  |  Sustainability Leadership & Vision  |  Values in Action  |  Events Service

3 days  |  2 nights (suggested)
Our CoLab Lab events enable you to design, deliver and share a purpose-led event with your community. You drive the agenda and conversation. We deliver a stunning wild space.

Our CoLab Lab means you can easily create a profound, transformative, community building brand event, showing you live and breathe planet-positive values and care about driving the conversation of positive change with your stakeholders.

Being off-grid, surrounded by biodiversity, sunsets and stars, enables you to make stronger connections, build better communities and provide a richer, more memorable experience for your target audience.

We take care of all the logistics, food, accommodation, activities, safety management and more. We can allow as much or as little time as you require for structured workshops or brand-led sessions, all built around a bespoke programme delivered by us - from hands-on conservation work and woodland walks, to forest meditation, canoe journeys, fireside debates, stories of adventure and bushcraft sessions.

CoLab Labs in Action

Bespoke adventures to enhance your brand

Perhaps you are a marketing B-Corp wanting to bring your community together so you can better understand their businesses - all whilst engaging them in conversations around the ROI benefits of sustainable, low-carbon advertising.

Maybe you're an insurance company wanting to convene a group of key industry decision makers to discuss net-zero, climate-risk mitigation and nature based supply-chain solutions.

A sustainability consultancy could use a CoLab Lab to get closer to clients through a shared adventure, mixing hands-on conservation work, supply-chain workshops, ESG/CSR discussions and development of specific solutions for different sectors.

A business networking organisation could use a CoLab Lab to offer a deeper, purpose-driven networking opportunity so members build stronger connections and a stronger community.

If you've got an idea, a vision and/or a community you want to bring together, and you need an award-winning venue that lives and breathes sustainability, nature and a planet-positive focus, then let's talk. â€‹â€‹

What to expect

The exact length of a CoLab Lab is up to you. Talk to one of our team to discuss your ideas and desired outcomes. We can then build you a retreat to suit, allowing free places for your staff to co-host the event along side our team.

Meeting point: South Devon.

Group Size: 8 - 24

Fitness expectations: The Bioasis is 1200 acres of woodland, wildflower meadows and salt marshes. All our retreats are active, to an extent, but there is no requirement for previous outdoor/adventure experience. Walks typically range from 4 - 10 kms, covering a mix of terrain such as woodland and estuary trails. There are a few hills. We recommend heading out in canoes (sharing the paddling) for a different perspective.

Day to day itinerary: We will create a bespoke programme for you - choose from a wide selection of activities and options. Please get in touch to find out more.

Your Bioasis team: You’ll be under the watchful eye of our experienced outdoor facilitators and wild guides who will provide professional insights and support throughout, ensuring a safe and enriching experience for all.

External input: If you want speakers, industry specialists, circular economy or sustainability experts to come in and inject external perspective into the mix, then just let us know. We have a range of people we can go to.

"Sometimes the best way to move forward is to step back, shift the lens, breathe, and see the bigger picture. When we zoom out, problems shrink, gratitude grows, and fresh ideas flood in. If you need inspiration on how to do that in the wildest, most meaningful way possible, check out The Bioasis in Devon!"

Prices depend on the length of your stay with us, group numbers and the activities included. Either is fine by us.

I loved our experience at the Bioasis. The camps are really well set up, the agenda is full of unique nature-based experiences and the staff are amazing. I returned home brimming with new ideas and feeling like I had done a full reset (much more of a reset than a 2 week holiday in Spain if I am honest!)"
