The Landscape

The Bioasis is hidden in a stunning corner of the South West of England. It lies within a National Landscape and is a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).

As part of a 5,000 acre private estate, The Bioasis is a living, breathing landscape, complete with 1,200 acres of ancient woodlands, wildflower meadows and a winding river, which flows out through salt marshes and a remote estuary to the waiting sea.

It is a place for you to re-connect with yourself, your purpose, and look to the future in order to thrive and grow.

The Journey

Leaving vehicles behind and setting off on foot, you'll be immersed in nature for the duration of your stay.  Off-grid, away from mobiles and mirrors, surrounded by biodiversity, sunsets and stars, the multi-day immersive nature of our programmes is a transformational experience.

Whether you're a school, an individual or a business, we've got a selection of brilliant programmes to help you rediscover your mojo and reconnect you and your team with each other and with nature.

Basecamp

Forget everything you think you know about wild camping.

The Bioasis experience is not about endurance, survival or bushtucker trials. Any fool can be uncomfortable.

Born out of decades of adventures and expeditions across the globe, we've poured all our experience into creating something totally unique: off-grid, solar powered basecamps that blend just the right amount of adventure, with great infrastructure, good food, a stunning setting and everything you'd expect with regard to hygiene and comfort.

The Wildlife

The Bioasis is home to a diverse range of wildlife, supported by a mix of habitats including wetlands, woodlands and meadows. Birds, including many raptors, mammals, insects, and reptiles thrive in this wildlife haven, which also provides a refuge for several endangered species.

We work with a diverse range of partners to ensure we look after this very special place, reflecting a commitment to conservation, and a practical, real-world example of how ecosystems, farms, businesses and nature can be restored and flourish side by side.
